Really good value for the money, we used the spa most evening's and enjoyed the outdoor heated jacuzzi. Room cleaned daily and decent selection of food.

The hotel staff are the reason we have returned to this hotel for several years, they are very attentive, friendly and hardworking. The room and hotel was clean. However, the food quality was poor.

The reception staff were very rude and unprofessional, and they are not qualified to provide a good level of service for this hotel. However, the cleanliness was excellent, and the management was understanding and quick to solve any issues. I really hope they find a solution to improve the reception service. Honestly, I will not repeat my stay at this hotel.
