The staff was amazing. I arrived super early and was told they would let me know when a room was available. I got lunch and received a text stating my room was ready while i was eating. They have a text service where you can make a request if you need anything or have issues and respond quickly. I could see volcano bay from the window and the view from the rooftop bar is amazing. Excellent experience
