"I stayed at the Central Hawassa Hotel for 5 days in August and must admit that I was exceptionally disappointed. Rooms: While the room contained all the amenities one would except - many of them did not work. The safe cannot be opened, not all the power sockets work, the fridge did not work, etc. etc. etc. While the bedding was clean every day, the hotel does not have stock and I often got new linen that was still damp.
