I stayed for four nights in a very lovely room, but the two things that bothered me most was water leaking into the carpet underneath the A/C unit, and my request for no room service (new sheets, towels, etc) during my stay was denied without negotiation. Very convenient location, but still needs improvement on various areas"

"Finally, a king size bed in a room with a jacuzzi hot tub! So relaxing!! Room was very clean!! Only issue was the flooring was like wood-like laminate or something, but the floor was wet. Idk if it was from steam from hot tub, mixed with ac in room built up condensation? But there was not vent in bathroom or hallway. By morning, floor was dry. The shampoos, body wash & conditioner were in big bottles that were attached to the shower wall. It was very nice to have enough shampoo to wash my long hair twice (can't get two washes out of those small single use bottles hotels usually use!) When they say Breakfast is done being served at 9am, they mean 8:59! I made it down in time to try & get breakfast, but another guest was holding up the line trying to decide what to get. By time I got to the sausage & gravy boats, the lady snatched the sausage one right away & took it in the back. Didn't ask if I wanted any or if it was OK to take. Just quickly grabbed it. Oh well. Very nice & clean room! Lots of pillows. AC worked great!"
