"The rooms address always clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is always well stocked with the normal hotel items like eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. There’s plenty of parking and it’s close to the highway but not too close."

"Where to start. The guy that check us in could hardly speak. I finally asked if he u Det stood us and we just got a star. One employee was Argumentative with someone in the parking lot It’s like folks actually live there Dogs that bark 1/2 the night, every night. 1 desk person said they live there. Asked about laundry room told it was on the 4th for, it was but dryer was broken and desk person says “oh had no idea, they don’t tell me things” Plus even if it worked they don’t have change was told we would have to find that else where. My mom complained about the pot smell, it was nightly (we were there 5 nights) It’s a smoke free facility or so they say, guys that does not include pot ! If you can not find the desk clerk they are down the hall in a room, watching TV in dining area or smoking outside. 1 day I left at 6am and could not find anyone later was told that the night guy goes to his room to get a few hours of sleep, now that makes a person feel secure. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

"The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had a nice variety and it all tasted good! I love that the gym is open 24 hours. The pool seemed like it needed some maintaining, so we didn’t use that. The employee that checked us in was very nice. Would definitely stay here again."

"Manager on duty morning on 5/9/26 was very good and understanding. We checked in late Friday night and needed some ice and we had a fridge with ice maker but wasn’t on and no signage to tell us where an ice maker was. I checked for bed bugs and found NO sign of them, I do that everywhere I stay, and I found small pieces of pet poop under curtain from pet friendly facility. Shower head was horrible. The bed was sitting crooked on bed frame and looked hideous. Bed looked like a teenager made it before school because parent yelled at them to get it done!! I it wasn’t a cheap place but I’m sure for price I could have found nicer."

"Our visit largely due to the Summit was perfect ! The front desk staff was so accommodating every time we needed something , the room was very clean and the location for walking to restaurants was ideal , DEFINITELY staying again when we visit Cincinnati !!"

"Was not greeted or offered a cookie just asked for my id and cc. Was told nothing about breakfast where it was or if it had a price. The next day we went to eat and was asked for $19.99 each and when I tell you this was basic motel breakfast food that's being generous. We politely declined and left before eating anything. They are doing construction and construction people had a door tied open next to our room to the outside it remained tied open after they left I called the desk and asked if they could close it as it's a security risk anyone off the street can just walk in here it typically takes a room key to open they agreed this was at like 8pm went out at 11pm still opened I untied and shut myself . The whole place feels old and shady even the breakfast attendant didn't have the nicest things to say about the new ownership"
