"This was not the experience we were expecting for an almost $400 per night hotel. 1) Bed sheets were full of hair (clearly not changed). When we asked reception to clean the room, they told us there was anyone available and gave us clean sheets for us to change. 2) Food quality was ok but overpriced. Service was really slow, it took us 1h to get the kids food. 3) Pool: Drunk teenagers in the pool, unsupervised young kids playing in the steam sauna, and cold pool.
