"Hotel staff is very friendly. There was someone banging above us until 12:30am, the staff did not inform us you have to call 3 times before they do anything. Breakfast was not great, hot water not hot enough to make tea. Very limited selection."

To make sure she can have a late check in because she was driving across texas for her.To be turned away by carol and was literally sleeping in the parking lot.When I called her to see if she was in her hotel at four a m. After a twenty minute argument on the phone with miss carroll, my daughter was able to get into the room that I had already paid for. I feel that it would have been seamless. Ifcarol wouldn't have made it so difficult. In the end, she was apologetic and i've got my daughter into her room, but it shouldn't have had me having to call at four o'clock in the morning and continue to argue with this woman until she allowed my daughter in the room.It was ridiculous behavior."
