Fantastic customer service great with my son too.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. My son was welcomed by staff so kindly and no issue was a problem. Highly recommend for people staying to go to Meadowhall or Sheffield arena.

The building and contents were 'tired'. Over priced for the condition of the premises. Mattress was too big for the base. Breakfast was cold. Staff were friendly.

Nice place to stay

Perfectly nice and comfortable. Its not trendy but does the job nicely for a very reasonable price. The people were friendly. Its a little bit noisy on the main road so id avoid if i was a light sleeper.

Fantastic vibe- owners are great and the girl tending to everyone (sorry I forget her name) was absolutely fantastic. Went above and beyond. Perfect atmosphere- felt like what the Boho NY hotels try and do but this was for real. Bed comfy, great shower. Will Stay again.

Couldn't be nicer!

All the staff were some of the most amazingly friendly and helpful people i have met. I would definitely stay again if i was going to a concert at the Sheffield arena. Its only a 10min walk away! 10/10. Thanks to all the staff who made my daughter and I feel so welcome.

Received a phone call on the morning of our stay, to ask if we needed anything for our stay, which was a nice touch. There was no parking on site, but plenty on local roads. Staff were friendly and helpful, the bar had a great atmosphere, the room was clean and comfortable, and the Full English breakfast is a must! Would definitely stay again.

I made a mistake booking this hotel for the dates I wanted and when I arrived and there was no booking, the staff could not have been anymore accommodating. Extremely friendly staff and also the pub has a great atmosphere. The rooms were very clean but the noise from the public outside kept us awake most of the night but it was a Friday night. I would definitely stay at the Don Valley again

Booked last minute for a gig. We had a quadruple room which was nice and clean and beds were comfy. Such a warm welcome from everyone. Check in was easy. Nice little bar, pool room, lots of snacks and food available. Thank you.
