Area was run down and scruffy, parking was very steep and not easy to access with no space for our car. Did not feel safe enough to stay there, so overall thoroughly disappointed as had to book in to another hotel at the last minute.

Not the best, but did the job.

Bigger that expected however the only source of heating was a tiny plug in heater for the whole place. Whole place needs a good clean down and a little doing up as things such as the blinds and cupboards were about to fall down. If you’re after somewhere to crash for a night out then this place does the job but anything more than that i would avoid at all costs!

Spacious flat (2 double bedrooms) very clean and conveniently located for city centre. We arrived very late at night in torrential rain but the property was easy to find as the landlord had sent us photos of the property, the key drop box etc. Communication was excellent. He allowed late check in and was contactable by phone for all queries.

Great apartment for a great price.

Stayed in Sheffield for one night to see the arctic monkeys, the apartment was a £6 taxi from the stadium and a 10 minutes walk onto the main road where all the clubs were. Couldn’t have asked for more.

incorrect information

i booked two bedroom apartment for one person, but it turned out that the landlord David rented out the other room to another person. and the other person did not check in until around 22:30, which is a huge inconvenience and i am not rest until 2am. so please do be careful if you want to book this accommodation.

Shocking set up. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Shocking!!! After I spent over an hour making phone calls, leaving messages and sending emails ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN, I eventually heard back from the owners that they had double booked and they no longer had accommodation for us. This was after I had reconfirmed my booking and arrival details two weeks earlier!!! We were absolutely gutted as had traveled in two cars for three hours to get there. Shocked that this can happen to be left stranded without accommodation after having booked and paid for two months earlier AND having reconfirmed the booking two weeks before arrival. Thankfully Hotels.com arranged alternative accommodation but that was after at least three hours of phone calls and running around trying to find something suitable. Absolutely shocked!!!!

Close to city centre

Great location nice and quiet but only a 10 minute walk into town. It was spacious and well furnished and clean. The owner was really helpful and checked in with us via phone to make sure we had everything we needed
