"We traveled for baseball and this hotel was exactly what we needed! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and bed was comfortable. I would for sure stay here again! Only probably was the signage. Switching ownership and still says Quality Inn. I was confused at first when trying to find the hotel."
"Traveling for baseball. We booked our room 3 weeks in advance only to arrive and be told they overbooked, so they changed us to a king room instead, which did not accommodate ourselves and our kids. They also cancelled a teammates room as well with no notice until they tried to check in bc they ‘overbooked’. Leaving them stranded looking for a hotel at 8pm at night. Another teammates shower would not turn on and they couldn’t reach anyone to help. The next morning when trying to leaving the door in our room would not unlock. Luckily my husband was able to get it open. Don’t plan on staying again as the staff and management were very rude. We tried to talk to them, as I was just curious what our rate was for the room since it changed. They workers hid from us in the office so they didn’t have to talk to us. I just had a simple question. They also hid from some other families on our team when they just tried to ask a question or needed help. Oh the pool and a door to the patio wouldn’t open either so we had to knock until someone else let you in. Also there was no breakfast left when I came down at 9am. Honestly I wasn’t surprised."
"Extremely clean and comfortable. Exterior is misleading as it is nicer once you are inside. There was a very impressive mini kitchen which would make price per night a value. For those not needing this, the price seemed a little high. Breakfast is pretty much non existent."
"Bathroom needed repairs and a decent cleaning. Coffee pot in room was terrible. Didn't even bother. Prefer pod pot so I can bring my own pods. Coffee is essential and very much by taste. Dirty water is not coffee. I liked the provided soaps-they were lovely. Also need to be sure to put the pet overcharge on Expedia and be up front. If I had known they were going to charge so much more for the dogs- I would have booked elsewhere."

"Rooms and pool area were clean and maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of items. Staff at breakfast was friendly and willing to carry food for families and kept tables clean."
