"Never got to the breakfast. It closed at 9:00 and having flown in from LA with a 3 hr. time change, we never made it to breakfast. Also, we were at the Final Four and did not arrive back to our room until midnight. Staff and parking were good. "

"Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room. The gym hours are also very inconvenient and should be available earlier for guests if not accessible 24/7 like a majority of hotels do. Also, the majority of the fruit set out at breakfast was old, mushy, moldy and not safe or edible to consume. "
