"For the most part, went well. Except they failed to mention that the TV service didn’t work!! Kinda pissed about that 😠. And they need more handicap parking!!! Other than that it was alright. Would have liked some kind of discount for Not having TV service, but the people managing it are Very hard to understand,(English very poor)"

"The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. Staff is incredibly Friendly and Love being there wich was refreshing to see.Rooms are clean ,Daily cleaning with new towels.Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is fine and coffee is great.Thank You for everything,We will definitely Return."
