"Beautiful view from our large room. Conveniently located, which was so helpful - there weren't many options in the area. Friendly staff and parking available right in front. The only downside was no elevator, so we had to lug our suitcases upstairs. Otherwise, it was great! We visit the area at least once a year, and I'm sure we'll stay there again!"

"I showed up and they didn’t have any rooms left that fit my reservation which was two queen beds and tried to give me a king and a couch bed instead. Then refused to refund my stay due to the “fine print” Hotel is under heavy construction. I will never book at this hotel again. "

"If you love glass art in a vast array of expressions, you must at least visit this property. The rooms are tidy, beds pretty cozy and the rooms are very quiet. The highlight of our stay was an incredibly attentive server named Coliyn (yes, with a Y!) who was gracious, attentive and super sweet even 30 minutes before closing time when we rolled up. He is a treasure; genuine, present and very knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, a delightful place to stay."

"Staff was wonderful, I think I inadvertently insulted one of the staff in the elevator, I am hard of hearing and misunderstood him, but he was still polite (my husband told me later). Please pass on my apologies to that very nice veteran. Our stay was great with a yummy breakfast!"
