"We were initially put in a room that was dusty and had a (small) mouse. But after a sleepless night we were moved to the Pinnacles building which was amazing! Staff was very responsive to our needs and did everything they could once we alerted them to the problem. One thing to note is the we were there during a heat wave and not all rooms are air conditioned- we had no idea. So if that is important to you, you may want to reach out and inquire about this prior to booking. Food at the restaurant and drinks at the tap house were great."

"Service at reception and in dining room was great, as was the food. I thought the hotel was brand new and found out it was 16 years old. It was also very quiet and the bed had a comfortable mattress. Tina’s service in the dining room was outstanding despite her being alone. She deserves a raise!"
