"I think this hotel's focus is more on events planned in their event spaces than on the actual guests that are staying in the rooms on the property. We called the restaurant onsite to ask questions/request room service but they hung up the phone on us twice. Requested the free shuttle service to the train station 5 minutes away and the staff responded as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Free shuttle available is listed as part of their amenities both on their website and on their listing on Expedia. They did eventually, begrudgingly offer to arrange a shuttle for us but since we were not guaranteed a return shuttle on the way back to the hotel we decided not to take them up on their offer. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was minimal. The location was good, safe and suited our needs."

"MOLD AND FUNGUS! The pool area was absolutely disgusting! Mold growing on the tile floors all around the hot tub and black mold on the ceilings. There was also a disgusting thick orange/brown fungus or something growing on the walls and chunks were falling off onto the floors. I spoke to a women at the desk and explained this is horrendous and I chose this hotel because it offered a pool and hot tub. I showed her the pictures and she asked me to send an email explaining all this so she could send it to the general manager. I sent the email immediately with a full description, Pictures and confirmed she received it and she did. She informed me that it has been sent to the proper people. I was checking out two days later and went down to the pool to see if they had taken care of the problem or closed the pool before writing a review. They had not. I never received a response or apology and the pool remained open with fungus and mold everywhere in that area. If they leave a common area like this completely and openly neglected, what else are they neglecting? Makes it hard believe the rooms are being properly cleaned as well and all I wanted was a response from management and I recieved nothing. "

"This property is excellent….super clean…great breakfast …very convenient location because our son goes to PACE University and plays lacrosse so we stay there at least twice a week. My only complaint is the staff that I have had on my last 4 stays are very unfriendly and not real accommodating. Not really willing to go the extra "
