There was was construction going on so we had to move our room. The floor they moved us too was a smoking floor the bed was hard and huge nothing cozy about that at all

This is a very new hotel. The room is very spacious, all facilities are in quite good conditions. It close to Taiyuan Street which used to be very popular shopping area in Shenyang but not now.
