抵達飯店時, 沒有人員理會. 沒有人員協助由taxi 提行李至前台協助check in, 櫃檯兩位先生回覆的理由是“人手不足" and 沒有任何一句道歉. 10/21週一晚上 前台check in人員 (男性), 沒有服務熱誠. 傲慢
