Not for Americans , not for travelers

It is in a locals area, not a hotel for Americans ! No English speaking staff , far away from city center,Hotel is not clean, bad smell and smokers everywhere, I stay here because I have to meet my Chinese clients nearby. Not recommend to typical travelers.
