location is good. Mattress is very HARD. I had hard time to fall in sleep. Breakfast is poor. and is not opened at scheduled hour. It was 5 min. late.

이 호텔 절대 예약하지 마세요~

시내 중심가에 위치하여 조용하여 좋았으나...룸 내에 미니바가 없어 생수 이외 기타 다른 식.음료를 사용 할 수 없었으며 인근에 세븐 일레븐 등 편의점이 없어 몹씨 불편하였음. 더더욱 불편한점은 호텔 예약시 사용할 수 있는 소통 가능한 언어(영어)가 된다고 광고를 하였는데...4성급 호텔이란 등급을 가 진 호텔에서 3박 동안 어찌 영어 한마디 하는 직원이 없다는게...식당은 더더욱 할 말 없습니다. 아마, 개인에게 임대하여 운영 하는것 같은데...기본적인 물 한잔 마시기 어려워요.

距離地鐵站大概走8分鐘，途中都是民宅，晚上走路回去會有點暗。免費升級，可是第一次給的房間牆壁大片發霉，需要更換，其他的都不錯。職員十分有禮，而且樂於幫助客人。

A Nice Stay

I got into Shenzhen pretty late from an eight-hour train ride down (11:30pm!). The front desk was more than happy to check me in. They also don't really speak English, and we got through somehow with my broken Chinese and google translate. The only minor issue I had was that they don't take American credit cards or let you pay through hotels.com. Luckily, I had both wechat and alipay. They also require 100 kuai in cash for the deposit which you get back after checking out. The location is great! Not a far walk to the metro, and a close taxi ride to the bay port area. The room was super spacious and comfortable. The window had a lovely window seat all along its front. The bed was big with clean sheets. There are two small free water bottles, an electric kettle, and free bathroom necessities like shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes and toothpaste. There were outlets on only one side of the bed, but others scattered throughout the room. I wish they were on both sides of the bed - it'd just be convenient if you're staying with another person if both of you can charge your laptops or phones by your bedsides. Breakfast was good! There was a decent variety to choose from. Along with general Chinese fare, think porridge, fried rice or noodles, they offered bacon and sausages. The dimsum they had in big steamers was really good. Surprisingly, there was also an espresso machine and a toaster for making your own toast with jam! Checkout was fast and easy.

服務員很友善有問必答，但酒店太舊，每天熱水供應都要找人設置一次才有熱水供應，傢供舊一點，房間沒有雪櫃，感覺差一點，很不方便。

Room is clean and big. Hotel is just less than 10 mins walk away from metro station. A convenient shop is just beside the hotel which is good for you to grab some snacks and drinks. SheKou market is also walking distance away. There is a few shops just outside at the main road selling fruits, snacks, vegetables too. The soy milk provided in the breakfast was really great!

Stayed for one night just for seeing friends who live in Shenzhen and going to a concert conducted in Shenzhen. I selected this hotel because the concert hall was close to the hotel. Nothing special in hotel and the neighborhood. Breakfast was also nothing but regular.

南国

周辺環境、スタッフ衣装など、南国気分を高めてくれて、とてもよかったです。 朝ごはんが少々残念でしたが、近隣に屋台があり、中式朝ごはんを楽しむことができました。

很喜歡那個餐廳的女主管，勤勞和熱誠！欣賞！ 我們問她問題時，她都會放下手上的工作回應，有禮貌！ 只是小朋友的早餐費用太貴了。
