Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

DOUBLE CHARGED

Hotel would not accept hotel confirmation and requested we pay a second time. Plus, they would not accept credit cards and wanted cash. It took over 3 hours to get in the room and we missed an afternoon meeting. More problems thereafter. This is the China I knew back in the 90's before Expedia was the agent for reservations.
