A comfortable and conveniently located place to stay whilst in Shepparton. The restaurant serves great food and the breakfast buffet was delicious! I chose Parklake for its proximity to the lake and it didn't disappoint.

Good for a pitstop as wedding guests

The room was fine to stay as guests for a nearby wedding, however the room was run down and gloomy. Hotel staff were very accommodating in allowing us an early check in and a late check out.

Room & service were excellent. If you get a room near the highway you get a lot of traffic noise. Needs sound proofing.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff were friendly. Kids loved having the park and lake right across the road. The only negative, the pool was absolutely freezing!! I know it’s an indoor pool but some heating would be good. It meant that kids and adults were all crowded into the spa. Will definitely stay again though!

I booked this motel as it had a lift and my daughter has mobility problems. The lift is only available during business hours. On Sunday it closed at 4.30pm was really inconvenient.

Not up to their usual high standard

Disappointing. We had not been alerted to current renovations going on. Bed was very soft causing back ache. Crockery was not cleaned and replaced overnight. fridge was unusually noisy overnight. Unfortunately there were very noisy guests until after midnight in the adjoining room.
