"The staff was very helpful . Our GPS stopped working and a staff member went on her computer to print out mapquest directions for us . On the negative side, the TV screen was blown so TV did NOT work . I reported this to staff at check in . We were not planning on watching TV so that was not a big deal . There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door , so the cleaning staff missed that one . Other than that , we were satisfied with our stay ."

"The owner was very nice. This is a quaint old inn about 15 minutes from Oneonta. I had my own room and bathroom. I heard from friends that the breakfast was really good, but I didn't eat there. The place was very convenient and well worth the price."

"This was an excellent stay! It was a surprising little hideaway in what I consider to be a remote place. Itโ€™s not The Four Seasons, but it is clean, safe, quiet, offering all of the things that one needs for a comfortable stay. The only thing in the room that didnโ€™t work was the actual phone, which, if you have a cell phone, is really not a deal at all. Pretty comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, ample parking, and wonderful staff! Bob was so great and very helpful! And, I was so very happy that food delivery service services actively work in the area and Fredโ€™s Inn is down the street from a pretty substantial shopping center. If you have to stay in Norwich New York, I do very much recommend Fredโ€™s Inn."
