Villas in Sheridan

"The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well stocked and exceeded our expectations. The man who was stocking the food was so cheerful. It was a great start to our day."

"I’m torn on this review because the pictures of what I booked… weren’t what I got! We were placed in another building off of the main location. I’m not sure if they bought another hotel & were in the process of flipping it. The main doors into our building didn’t lock! The gutters were falling off the building. After entering our room one time our keys no longer worked causing me to go down the block to the office 3 different times! Once in the room we discovered it was not clean at all. My family finally decided to move locations causing us to drive to Buffalo due to a soccer tournament booking up all the hotels. This is where I’m torn because Brandon however was very nice. He came to the room on our 3rd attempt with the keys to see why the door wasn’t working. He offered a refund without me even asking ( I still havnt seen it in my bank but hopefully it comes)"
