"Room was very tired and old and windows were cracked. I had to be moved as my two windows did not shut. New room was larger however the bathroom smelled like a sewer and it was also old and tired with rotting window frames. Bedding and curtains covered in stains. Made me book for breakfast at a specific time, but it was quiet and the food was very basic. "

"Well located accommodation for a visit to Cromer. Great villa with everything you need for a short break. Fabulous customer service and a good restaurant if you want to eat onsite. "

"We stayed here 4 years ago and still love it. The reception staff were great, we asked for a room with a bath and were accommodated. The room was large & well equipped, bed was huge and comfortable. The towels have improved greatly since our last visit, large & soft. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and although the menu is small the food was hot and tasty. Maisey was a great host. One of the greatest assets of this hotel is its location right next to Sheringham Park, access is easy and we spent a lovely hour walking one of the paths. The grounds in general are lovely. Breakfast has improved since our last visit too. Great continental buffet, the fruit salad was one of the best I’ve had. The cooked breakfast was hot & delicious. Again service by Maisey was great. We will gladly return!"

"Breakfast was well cooked but unfortunately I don’t like streaky bacon, seasoned tomato and large field mushrooms that are also seasoned. I think that should be left to the individual to decide at the table. Was very pet friendly . "
