"Great hotel. Amazing view of both falls. They add parking fees that I didn’t know about though. Be careful. I read that all the hotel in that area do. "
"Not the best, but not the worse.
The Hotel needs updating, no in room safe or microwave if you have kids. Found ants in a few drawers and bathtub. Housekeeping is not avaliable until after your stay. Loved how close the hotel is to the falls, restaurants and other attractions. Hate that parking fee is expensive $50 plus tax per day is alot. I am still waiting on my deposit. Overall not a bad stay.

"I paid extra for a room on the upper level. When we checked in, they said they were fully booked and put us on the ground floor beside the elevator. We asked for a room at a higher level and they placed us on the 3rd floor also beside the elevator. Because I originally paid extra, they gave me complimentary parking.
The problem with the room was the water - there was only 2 temperatures. It was either ice cold or scalding hot no matter how I turned the temperature. When I told the front desk, she didn't offer any compensation or discounts, but just nodded and said she will send someone up, which did not make a difference because we only had a 1 night stay.
We stayed at this hotel last year and based on our experience this year, it was definitely a lot less enjoyable. I don't intend to stay here again. "
