"We booked here for the weekend to attend a cheer competition with some other cheer families. Several families had extremely dirty rooms….one even requested a refund and went somewhere else. Our room was luckily clean which was the only decent part of our stay. I purposely chose this place because of the sauna and was looking forward to it all week. Upon arrival, I was told the sauna was broken and they had no clue when it would be fixed. I had booked a suite and it was right across the elevator. The walls are so thin they might as well be plastic. I heard people coming and going 24/7. The people in the room next to me sounded like a bunch of elephants doing aerobics. Kids yelling and screaming up and down the halls when it’s supposed to be “quiet time”. It’s not enforced at all. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep the whole weekend. Ice machine on our floor was also broken. When I went to check out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. The girl at the front desk just said I was all set and walked away. Extremely disappointed."

"The pool was outdated and hot tub jets didn't work. Overall cleanliness was poor. Whole hallways smelled of marijuana. Mold in showers, doors and handles in showers all falling apart. Hotel is very outdated, carpets, furniture and beds in rooms all had stains. All in all the hotel just left a lot to be desired and there are WAY better options in the area at similar price points."

"We stayed in room 307- it smelled absolutely disgusting of cigarette smoke. Front desk gave us cleaning spray to help, we had all 4 windows opened and no relief in the atrocious smell. Front desk stay said they were sold out of rooms and could not move us at all. I understand circumstances come up and the front desk staff was professional it was just extremely frustrating and frankly totally unacceptable. We could not even stay in our room and the smell was primarily in the bathroom so we couldn’t even utilize our bathroom because of the extreme cigarette smoke smell. Housekeeping should never have left the room in that condition. They should’ve propped windows open. They should’ve had the fan running or done something before making that room available at 4 PM when we checked in."
