"Everything was great. The hotel reached out to me before I arrived to arrange transportation to the hotel. It is hidden from view. They made sure I arrived safely. "Cloud 9 hotel is a newly built hotel in the heart of luoyang nanda street which is the largest night market in the city. The place is cozy blend with modern and historical architecture which makes this place very enjoyable to stay with.
