Everything was stunning—super spacious, sparkling clean, and so thoughtfully designed. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be more perfect—just minutes away from both Universal Studios and the train station. What really made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional customer service—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We originally booked for just one night, but we enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night! A tip for future guests: Definitely book through Expedia! The price was significantly better than booking directly at the hotel, and it made a huge difference when we extended our stay. "Excellent location next to the OCAT building and Namba station. Direct access to the underground shopping malls. Staff Was very polite and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well. wide selection of food and large quantities. It ran from 6:30 to 9:00 but got busy at times. "
