The property is in an area away from the city where we could get a taste of everyday life in Japan, so we were delighted every time we walked to and from the train stations. "Beautiful home and very convenient location"

"It was interesting staying in a Japanese house. Really enjoyed that. However the location was not practical sunce we had to taxi to Gion. I was unable to enjoy the beautiful bath since the water was only lukewarm and I tried many times and yes, I pressed the water red button as instructed"

"This was a great spot to be near all the local site seeing spots. It’s near the main rail lines and walking distance to one of the best burger joints (Dragon Burger) I’ve experienced in all of Japan. My only critique was finding hair in the beds and extra futons we used to watch movies in the beautiful lofted area. Other than that, the owners were great at communicating and the property was awesome!"
