The location of the hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. They have a rooftop lounge that’s open 24/7 with a self serve coffee and tea. The rooms come with a projector, but you would need to log into your own streaming service account to view any videos.
One thing to note, the hotel is situated around many host bars, however they do not bother tourists.

Amazing property. The location is very close to Ueno Station in a quiet neighborhood. Felt nice to escape the bustle of Tokyo when coming back to the room.
The room is very large for Tokyo. Washer and dryer in the room. Also a fridge, microwave and sink. Bathroom was a little small but the shower was very nice. The staff was excellent! They were super friendly and held our luggage for us no problem. The pillows were a little bizarre but it was a minor issue.
The only suggestion I have is to have separate trash bins for the burnable and non burnable trash.

This location can't be beat for convenience, everything is within a few min walk and if you want to experience Akihabara and shop electronics, collectables, games, it is perfect for it.
My only complaint is that the pillows they use in the rooms are super airy and way way on the soft side, your head just sinks right in till it becomes flat as a towel, be prepared for that if you need harder pillows.

"Nice welcome from the staff and friendly throughout stay. Pleasant meal in the evening. Good baths / rotenburo. Doesn’t seem to be much in the immediate vicinity. Used the hotel as a stopover during a long cycle ride."
