Convenient

The reception is on the second floor and we missed it initially as we were looking for ground floor reception counter. Once arrived at the reception, we were immediately greeted by friendly patient staff who arranged for luggage storage to allow us to start exploring the city. The amenities were available near the reception area, as guests can just collect ones that they need. The rooms we had were spacious, spotless clean and very homely. The bathroom and toilet are separate and allow 2 people...

Well rested with comfortable clean bed. Breakfast comes with continental and Japanese food.. no complain on variety of breakfast.

great

The location

Excellent location and clean room, breakfast was nice too. Also wanted to give a shoutout to the wonderful hotel staff who promptly answered my email query about a makeup pouch i left there and sent it to my next hotel. Would stay there again if i have the opportunity to visit Matsuyama another time.

The breakfast (Japanese crusine with normal is surprising delicious and tasty

Great place for family, comfortable beds with cosy sofa area. Simple kitchen with basic amenities. However, it will be great if there’s a wipe cloth given for the kitchen as it gets wet easily around the wash basin area. Love the dryer inside the shower room, as clothes get dry without being crumple.

The room was great, and the location and its surrounding amenities are perfect.

Carpark right next to hotel. Validate your parking ticket with concierge before exit. Pay 1000yen for a day parking. They have a connecting rooms so that is a plus for my family.
