The room & facilities were fine. The check in was fully automated and thus easy to use.
I would have appreciated a greeting from the staff in the reception. It’s first time in Japan that I have never been greeted at the reception of a hotel. Very un Japanese!

My room was small but clean and included all conveniences and amenities anyone could expect. The best part is the super convenient location…right in the middle of everything. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The place was spotless, the view was amazing and the staff were very helpful. I missed when we had to go and would love to go back some day. Only slight negatives are expensive lunch/dinner options, but there are many other options within walking ...
