Great hotel, very clean and the staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, they offer free shuttle service to the main temples and tourists attractions and they offer luggage storage even after check out.

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel, and it’s always a 5-star for me due to its clean rooms and convenience being a 5-min walk to the Kyoto station. Staffing here is like family, and you always get that warm welcome. We will be back!

Great property and well kept grounds. The onsen was fantastic. Welcome drink and breakfast were nice touches. They set up a baby crib and baby bedding and blanket for us, which was perfect. Only draw back is the location is a 10-15 minute walk to train station and restaurant area. They also did not have room for us for dinner in the hotel lobby
