"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. "Amazing Western and Asian breakfast! Frequent and convenient shuttle service to and from the Kawaguchiko station. Free lockers to use before and after checkout. So convenient for travellers. Clean rooms. Friendly staff, especially the ladies working in the breakfast areas. Such warm smiles and greetings to start the day. "

"For me, it's perfect Location: - If you're looking for a breathtaking sight of Mt Fuji, this is the way to go. It may not be the most convenient Hotel but I'd say it has a great view of Mt. Fuji. Staff: - They are professional, Friendly and well Respected. They will give you very accurate information at their hotel and try their best to make you feel comfortable. Dinner: - Dinner is a must-have. I'm sure there are other options around, but make sure you try them since you're there. All their food was fresh or cooked on site. The quality is top-notch. Room: - The Mt. Fuji view room is everything you would expect for a four-star hotel. Clean, essentials were ready to use, comfortable, and quiet. I personally was very please at the fact that although it's right next to a busy street, I still got my quality sleep. Breakfast: - equally amazing as the dinner. I like that they had western style and a traditional Japanese breakfast. Be there early for an even better experience. Overall, it's one of my personal favorites, and I definitely will come back in the future. Make sure you try their onsen while you're their you'll be surprise on how good it is."
