"This hotel is beautiful. I cannot express how lovely our time was here. The room was a great size with plenty of space a storage, and we had a balcony from which we could watch monkeys play in the trees. The aircon was a godsend! The hotel is set up as about 10-15 villas rather than as one large complex. This creates a much more boutique and homey feeling. There are many areas to enjoy in the hotel, including the gorgeous private beach. The food was exceptional, and despite being all inclusive, managed to stay away from the trap of being samey by day 3. The staff (from cleaners to chefs, waiters and bartenders) were all delightful and made us feel extremely welcome. We each enjoyed a spa treatment which worked wonders following a week of bumpy safari roads. All in all, I can only say please book this place if you’re considering it! "

"We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you step on the beach you will be surrounded by bracelet ,safari etc sellers, even tho we said no multiple times they dont seem to understand and follow you everywhere you go, put us off from going to the beach. "

"This is an absolutely gorgeous property. Unfortunately we booked a two bedroom suite with a partial ocean view but the room had no view at all. The hotels.com advertisement even showed a photograph of the porch with a partial ocean view but that was not the porch we were provided. The photos also showed a patio that rolled out onto a private pool area, also not included at our room. The partial ocean view and the patio shown in the photographs was a major factor in deciding to book this room so it was disappointing to not receive it. Unfortunately we arrived on a short time line to quickly shower and get out to our next engagement so we didn't have the time to address the issue with the staff and change rooms etc. (if that was even an option). "
