"The apartment is in a great location, close to the town centre and convenient to get to the racecourse. As others have mentioned the outside and lead up to the apartment lets it down which is not much you can do. Unfortunately there had been a water leak and the cupboard with the water tank in opposite was open giving a musty smell which didnt help.
