"Perfect central location to visit Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, the seaside and Bath. The accommodation was extremely well maintained and presented.
A quiet location situated within a riding school, so perfect for those with an interest in horses but not affected by it being a working stable. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with good quality pots, pans and crockery and the host even provided washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, milk and even cake!

"It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."

"My partner and I really enjoy staying here, it's always our go to. The staff are helpful and polite and the breakfast is consistently good.
Our only complaint is the lack of air con. During our last stay it was about 27c outside and we're only provided with a sub par fan. We have air con units in our home so we didn't sleep well during our stay as it was far too hot. Unfortunately this will probably stop us from staying here in the summer in future."
"Had a great overnight stay at Moxy Bristol. The location was ideal; easy to get to coming from the M32. We parked at Cabot Circus car park which is right opposite and reasonable rates. We could literally see our car from our window! It was just a short walk into town, which was great.
The hotel itself was clean, great decor, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well presented with some nice touches. Very comfy and felt right at home. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. Not sure if it was because it was a Sunday, but it was a bit messy and it took a while for food and drink to be restocked. There a was a good range or food, but the quality was a bit hit and miss in places (especially the cooked breakfast). The layout wasn't ideal; being strung out across the back wall behind the bar area meant there wasn't a massive amount of space and the layout was confusing and cluttered. Some of the seating - whilst great for a bar - doesn't really lend itself to a comfy breakfast! Overall, not too bad considering the price, but it could've been so much better.
We'd happily stay at the Moxy again if we come back to Bristol, but we'd most likely get breakfast somewhere else."
"Check in was good and quick, but £5 for parking because I didn’t book direct. Room was clean but broken tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but on the cold side. All in all it’s ok for an overnight stay"
"Fantastic staff and clean room
Just found the sink being in the room and not in the bathroom a little odd
Could also have been a fridge in the room
Food in the diner was great - really accommodating for my gluten free diet"
"We have stayed at the Apex Bath before. It has always been good. There was confusion during the check in due to the way I'd booked it - my fault entirely. But a big shout out for Savannah on the desk who was absolutely amazing and so friendly; nothing was too much and she sorted everything out. A great asset to the hotel."
"Absolutely fantastic experience staying at the Marriott in Bristol this weekend. Staff extremely helpful, from the security door staff who kindly helped with the large amounts of luggage I had with me, the reception staff, the restaurant staff and all the cleaning staff.
Property is very clean, modern and well maintained. Bedrooms are spacious, clean, and looks like they have been renovated very recently. Massive TV in the bedroom, and extremely comfy beds. Decent breakfast, open until 11am as well, very useful after a late night. Parking is next door in the NCP car park - don't pay the advertised rates in the car park, just get your ticket validated by reception staff every time you need to leave the car park and it's only £17.00 per day, rather than then £100s you would pay otherwise.
Would absolutely recommend, a great place to stay if visiting friends, attending an event or just visiting the city."
