"The resort is in very poor condition though we took A/c room the was not working and when the electricity was not there they had no any back generator too water supply was not there and when we asked the staff he said I don't know about it u call manager when we called manager he told water will be available after 20 mins but it came after 2 hours total it was a not worth to the money we spent"

Despite being a premium-priced property, the service quality was extremely poor. • In-Room Dining was a nightmare — delayed responses, overpriced items, and basic amenities like water were not provided on time. • Room service was unresponsive even after repeated calls. • Hospitality was unprofessional — we submitted Aadhaar cards for both guests at check-in, yet were later asked to pay extra for the second person. • The overall experience felt like we were being overcharged for below-average service. This hotel clearly lacks proper management and customer service. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for couples or anyone expecting even basic hospitality."
