"5 star review from me for the staff during my stay, dealt with 3 different members during my 2 night stay - all very helpful and kind. There would be a 5 star from me if the hotel had conditioner &/or moisturizer in the rooms. Only shampoo and body wash in those refillable wall bottles. They had a few extra things available to purchase from reception (deodorant/razors etc...) but sadly no conditioner. I have shorts stays in Mackay regularly - This is the best place I've stayed at in Mackay...
