"Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was really good. Room too warm for us personally even with window open. Bathroom fixtures (bath/shower fittings) could do with being updated/modernised. Overall pleasant stay. "
"All was good but extremely disappointed with the fact that spa facilities were an additional charge when it was not indicated on the booking. I could have easily gone elsewhere which did. When i mentioned it to the reception staff. They just said they we should have booked it directly with the hotel. So it was misleading on the hotels.com app and they staff were not obliging. It has left a bad taste to the weekend. Won't be gong back as a result. "
"Reception staff quick & helpful. Room clean & spacious. Tea/Coffee/Kettle provided along with a microwave & fridge. Noisy music from NUFC bar opposite until early hours. Get a room at the back to avoid this. Good breakfast choice but pricey at £19."
