The staff were wonderful and very helpful but it is the most bizarre hotel I've ever stayed at. From the decor to the bird noises inside the hotel I was a bit confused. Loved the spa bath though. I'll probably go back because it's so weird. My kind of place.

室内はとても清潔かつ整頓されていました。水回りがとても綺麗なので安心して利用できました。内窓があること、エアコンが各部屋にあること、ガスファンヒーターやオイルヒーターなど暖房設備もしっかりしており、寒さを感じませんでした。子ども連れでの利用でしたが、子ども用の布団やシャンプーも用意してくださっていて、ホスピタリティの高さを感じました。ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

エアコンの効き目が悪かったのでめっちゃ寒かったです! ほぼ外と同じ温度って感じ? 料理するならキッチンペーパーと割り箸などあると良きです!! お風呂は、湯船はなくシャワーのみ! シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ付き! ドライヤーと歯ブラシも置いてありました! 立地がよく買い物は非常に楽です! ですが、新幹線の走る音が「ゴゴゴゴゴ」って聞こえます! なかなかの騒音です笑騒音は置いといて手ゆったりのんびりできたのでまた利用したいです!!!
