Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).

It was a very nice stay. Walkable to all shopping/eating areas but the neighborhood is quiet and has local vibe. We will stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and every time we returned to the property. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was in a great location close to everything but not so close that it was noisy. We’ll definitely be back!
