"Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk to arrive from Waterpark for check in. Wall was leaking , blinds wouldn't go up or down with auto switch that was exposed on wall. AC did not work. I give a 1 star because after about 30 minutes at 430AM did the front desk switch us rooms so we could finally get some sleep. Since all booking is 3rd party, there was absolutely nothing to do about our room outside of switching us for 4 hours. The breakfast looked horrible as well so we didn't even eat that either."

"I did really enjoy the stay and will return again. Iy was only one night but the location was perfect for us. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Positive in nature. I didn't use the bar but looked like those who dined were having a nice time. Not loud but pleasant. Breakfast is my favorite meal, but the continental breakfast? I will recommend going to some of the local restaurants instead. Again, I would go back for sure."

"The hotel was nothing fancy. You can see where they’ve tried to fix a few things, but they are just pieced together. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. We ended up going and finding something elsewhere. Pool was closed. Overall our stay was fine. Front desk staff was kind and helpful."

"Very clean hotel. We didn't use pool, but heard hot tub was recently replaced. Breakfast area was nice and had many choices. Many restaurants within a mile of hotel. Staff was friendly. Room had several lamps at a very relaxed lighting level great for tv viewing but a bit dim for reading and working. Private bathroom was clean, roomy, and attractive, but somewhat dim for putting on makeup. Adjustable makeup sideview mirror is a real nice amenity, but was mounted way too low for an adult, and too high for a wheelchair user. Coffee fridge and microwave have a separate cubby which was nice."

"The room was big and clean. The hallways weren't as clean as the room. The breakfast was good! Our only issue was everytime we came or left there were workers at the doorways smoking and we are both very sensitive to cigarette smoke. We could also smell it in the hallways since they were smoking so close to the doors. We know this is a dedicated smoking area so a suggestion would be to move the smoking area away from the hotel so guests don't have to walk through smoke."
