Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
We booked this room and arrived to find a family living there. The family said this has happened on several occasions. We called the host number and he said the property should not have been listed. I contacted Expedia and they refunded us the payment but we were left trying to find accommodations for 7 people last minute.
