Teton Teepee Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"The concept of a teepee with rooms around the perimeter was unique. We can imagine that it serves as a cozy ski lodge in the winter with the large fireplace in the middle and the entertainment options in the common areas. The room had simple furnishings but they were adequate. The rooms had obviously been updated in the recent past given the overall age of the facility. The heated floors were a nice touch. The continental breakfast was above average and well-stocked. The location, about an hour outside of Jackson, was acceptable. The cost of accommodations in the Jackson Hole area are pricey so we were happy with the cost which we found to be reasonable. Alta, WY is just inside the Wyoming state line and is adjacent to the very nice suburb of Driggs, Idaho. We were very happy with our brief stay."

"The room was handicapped accessible, as requested. It was very roomy with plenty of room to maneuver. It was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was what you expect. We would book with them again."

"Everything was beautiful, clean, and the staff was very helpful and kind. We appreciated the keurig machine, smores kit, and mini fridge in the room. And the morning breakfast included was a nice bonus."

"Nice house with quiet and considerate people. Everything was clean and thoughtfully provided. The only issue with the room was that the door lock keypad didn’t work. We ended up just leaving the room unlocked after we left for the day. The house felt safe, and we didn’t leave any valuables in our room. Locking the room at night from the inside worked fine."

"Room and staff were amazing . Restaurant was disappointing . No Jack Daniel’s , didn’t like the menu as there was only one item I could eat . Plus I couldn’t get a table for 1one 2 of the 3 nights . I needed that because I hurt my back a few weeks ago and sitting at bar is too uncomfortable . If I come back next year I will research local restaurants before I come .."
