Perfect Hotel!

The hotel was wonderful! The front desk staff were so friendly and professional! Even the housekeepers on the elevator were friendly. The room was extra clean and the amenities were great. The breakfast was the best ever and managed with staff that were friendly and helpful.

Chose this hotel for its pool. We were teaveling bCk home and this was a good place to stop for the evening. We were dissappinted to find the pool.was closed - out of service - this should be noted and updated on the website as some.people choose their stay location based on ameneties. Needless to say i had a sad 9 year old and couldnt relax in the hot tub myself.

The pool was closed due to construction and we were not made aware at the time of check in or booking. The construction made the hotel have an unpleasant smell also.

Pool heater was broken!!!!

The hotel was awesome. The 3 stars is for the pool. We stayed at this hotel for my grandchildren to swim in the pool. I called 2 day prior to my stay to make sure the pool was good. They said it was and when we arrived at the hotel to swim, the heater on the pool was broken. Making it impossible to swim. VERY disappointing.

I booked this property because they had a tub. I called to confirm it was working properly. I was told it would be be in a couple of days. When i arrived...it was full of concrete.. There is not a hot tub here anymore as of 1/23/24. The lies!

Let it get past the Reno’s

Hotel is currently going under renovations our room upon arrival was very clean and nice, but when we turned on the heater, it sparked and wanted to catch fire, but we were immediately moved to another room and power to that room was turned off for safety until electricians could get a better look. I think the front desk is understaffed. It was very slow check in process with one person behind the desk and some of the machines did not work on the floors but it is a nice hotel. It looks nice it was clean and the people were very nice. I think once the renovations are done it will be a very nice place to stay.
