"Unfortunately, we were given a room that has a very squeaky floor. Had we stay more than one night I would have insist on changing the room.
The decor is dated and wall paper is peeling off the wall. Not something that I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
The breakfast was excellently cooked served by very efficient and courteous waiting staff.
Car parking is not ideal although it is only a short walk from the hotel, it was not easy to find it through the one way system from the hotel. It was lucky one of the hotel staff offered to guide me there in my car as she has just finished her shift and on her way to the car park. Expedia should have made it clearer what 'self parking available' means - the car park is not free.
Last but not least, one of the receptionists had gone over and beyond to locate my wife's lost glasses successfully by going all the way to look inside our car in their car park that was over 5 minutes away."
