"1. No signage or indication of the location of the hotel, just a tall locked gate. 2. Upon arrival the site manager has no idea what Expedia is and is not prepared to host us, even though paid for. 3. Top Shuakhevi Hotel Reviews

Ambassadori Goderdzi

10/10 Excellent

"Super nice hotel for both winter and summer. Friendly staff, a huge variety of breakfast options, very cozy and clean. There are lots of entertainment options, making it perfect for kids. The only downside was the swimming pool and jacuzzi, there was so much chlorine that our eyes started to hurt."

Chateau Milisi

10/10 Excellent

"I am in love with this hotel ! The views, the rooms everything was amazing ! A few things that could be improved. Some carpet in the rooms could be cleaned. If not asked the rooms are not getting cleaned/towels replaced. So maybe work on that. Some of the rooms have visible water damage. We booked 3 rooms so could see that. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is good and so is a pricing. Enjoyed the breakfast a lot! Heated pool is also a nice touch. Parking space is available. This place is a hidden gem in the mountains of Adjara ! I would rate our stay 4.7/5!"
