"Three of us arrived-1 in a wheelchair. We were given a 4th floor room. We knew the accessible rooms were on the 1st floor, but when booking the room, we were assured that the standard room would be fine. When we went in the standard room, it was clear that the bathroom facilities weren't going to work for a wheelchair. We went back down to the front desk and they gave us an accessible room. It was clean but the patio furniture was very cobwebby. Our key cards didn't work. And after trying new ones 2x, the battery in the door was replaced, and they worked. The room shared a wall with the weight room and we could hear weights being dropped at all hours. The housekeeping staff storage room was close and the staff was a bit noisy from that room and down the hall. Staff was friendly but it wasn't the restful night we hoped after a long day of travel."

"We brought our standard poodle dog, it only cost us extra $20 a night. Where our room was situated it was across the sidewalk from where we could take our dog to a grassy area. For her to go pottie There was an indoor pool very clean. Unfortunately the hot tub indoors was not working The continental breakfast was fairly good The continental breakfast being upstairs so if you were in a wheelchair or had a disability climbing, the stairs would be very difficult. No elevator It was walking distance to Mr. Mike’s restaurant for dinner and another restaurant and right next-door to a waterpark."
