"A Wonderful Family Stay at Barut Hemera Resort – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic family holiday at Barut Hemera Resort – everything from the hospitality to the facilities exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to the amazing team at the Kids Club: Munos (a truly kind and dedicated person – our kids adored her!), Monika, Danaya, Fatos, and Zarina. The kids’ activities were well-organized, engaging, and made our children look forward to every day. They created a safe, fun, and welcoming environment – truly a highlight of our stay. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality across all meals. Whether buffet or à la carte, everything was fresh and delicious. We’d also like to give a special mention to Fevzi, whose shisha service was outstanding – friendly, professional, and always with a smile. He made our evenings truly relaxing. At the spa, we had a great experience thanks to Annie and Ellie. Their warm approach and professional service made us feel pampered and cared for. Overall, this was a memorable trip for the whole family, and we would happily return. "Absolutely amazing holiday! Cannot fault a thing! It was perfect. Exceptional service pretty much across the board but specifically from Taner on Reservations and Front Desk; Gokhan (Restaurant Manager) and Ali (Head Chef) - neither could do enough for us and always made sure everything was perfect!; Waiting Staff - Gabriel (Adults Pool - Lovely Jubley); Gamze (Buffet Morning and Lunch Service always with a smile and a big heart); Mustafa (Evening Service in the Buffet - with the glasses and big smile); Atilla (Eveing Service in the Buffet - total gentleman); Pinar (Piano Bar - fab, attentive service); Cavo aka Troublemaker (Clubhouse Bar - makes a mean cocktail and loves a bit of Taylor Swift (not really!)); Cihat (Ocean Rerstaurant - treated us like Kings and Queens!); and Eren (Cabana - such a great smile, happy and with a mean Bailey's Iced Coffee!) and the best entertainment from Victor-The-One-and-Only!!!!! I think that covers most but across the board everyone was wonderful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Never any problem getting sun loungers at the adult pool. Pool staff was attentive and helpful (although the tables on the umbrellas could use a daily wipe down but this was beyond minor). Grounds were immaculate with lots of space. Beach was well maintained and beautiful. We would come back again anytime! Thank you for the best holiday!"

"Neptune's location is perfect and it is a great choice if you prefer a laid back, friendly, family-run hotel over a corporate-run resort. The property's beachside has a lovely, large, shaded, patio perfectly situated for leisurely meals, drinks, or relaxing on the boardwalk which is lively with strollers in the evenings, and the hotel's private beach is directly in front; a few steps out the back and you are in the midst of the Roman ruins half way between the ancient fountain and the ancient amphitheater. Additionally, its a beautiful and short stroll up the boardwalk to the picturesque shopping and restaurant area. The hotel's restaurant, situated in the patio had excellent food and service. The rooms face the sea and have a lovely balcony. The rooms are not fancy, but they are comfortable and clean, with a good shower. "

"Second time to the resort, great for the kids (5 and 7). Multiple pools and slides, height restrictions on some. Kids club every day apart from Sundays. All inclusive has food available most of the time with themed nights in the main buffet area and lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a few days. Staff always available and helpful. Rooms are starting to get a bit tired but are ok, daily clean, towel replacement and beds made. "
