Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
The breakfast was an absolute cluster mess. Lack of food, no silverware, no plates, no napkins, no hot water, coffee was horrible if you could find a clean cup. Happy hour was a joke. The lines were horrible and again lack of food. Don’t advertise it if you can’t provide it. Our room only got cleaned ...
